Recently a group from Germany contacted us
here in the USA. They claim they have been using the
name "hoverwing" for many years. They claim this
name to be TM. I did a search (uspto) and found nothing.
We have been using the name "hoverwing" for the past
4 years in the USA and internationaly (internet.
My question: If I register the name in the USA and
use it on the net and everywhere like we have been
(before we learned about this company)do I run the
risk of being sued? Also, could you send info. on
using your services to register this name? Thank you.
