I am interested in making and selling painted/decorated terra cota pottery. I am concerned that the decorations that I have put on my pots are protected by copyright laws. I purchased stencils, rubber stamps, how to booklets, etc. and transferred them to my pottery. Is this copyright infringement if I am selling the pottery?
