I'm starting a Internet site and would like to use contractors (such as graphic artists) on a deferred payment basis with possible profit options. Is there a standard contract for deferred payment for contractors? I imagine this is common with Internet start-ups, but have no idea how specific the contract would need to be for New Media. I would appreciate any advice you can give!
