Just curious. Working for a small station in South Carolina and I'm under a non-compete. Station really has not done what it needs to do to survive. In between time, my former bosses may be coming in to buy a competitor. They're interested...and I'm interested ...because we parted under good terms. Bottomline: the station I work at may go under any way. However, they would hold on to me to the last second if they could. Meanwhile, sista gotta pay bills. Are non-competes defeatable in South Carolina? Need to make that move before it's too late. Thanks!
