Using Childrens Photos on Internet - UNAUTHORIZED

I need help. My child and a couple of his friends have had their pictures posted on a site. It is a manufacturer of picture frames and he did NOT ask or obtain permission to use these photos on his site or with his product from either the children or us parents. What can we do?? Can he do this? I have been unable to find anything on using unauthorized photos on a site.

I have looked up copyright laws and there are not copyrights on these photos. That does not give him the right to use our childrens photos does it??

Can anyone help me????
