Here's my question... In the state of California, can a person with a criminal record (Breaking and entering, possesion of stolen property, possession of an unlicensed firearm) serve time for said crimes, then go on to pass the bar and become a lawyer? I'm doing research for a screenplay and your site sprang to mind. Thanks.
