Do you know anything about publishing the stories/articles of minors (like on a zine or in a newsletter for public viewing) without parental consent? This is in the state of Wisconsin if it makes any difference. The stories are just simple fiction, poetry, non-fiction opinion, etc.
Also, are there any major legalities regarding the publishing of a ZINE regarding content, registration, etc.
