My entertainment law quandry is this:
I'm doing some reasearch on copyright law in the cinema
and would like to know why the original version of
King Kong was protcted by copyright only as a B&W film
but unprotected from anyone who wished to create a
colorized version of it. The same question for the film
It's a wonderful life.
