Recently I was asked to submit a federal trademark application by a client. It is for a mark already in use and the drawing includes a graphic. What is the appropriate fee to charge for this service? Is it more appropriate to charge a flat fee or go on an hourly basis? I was planning on charging a flat fee. If I bill $150.00 an hour, is $200 a reasonable fee, too high, too low- I just don't know. Thanks for your help.
