Domain Name Theft

We have used our slogan and domain name for some time. Now, a big corporation recently filed for a trademark and now claims that we violate their 'rights'. They want our domain name at NO cost to them.
We are a very small e-business start-up and cannot match the deep pockets of the Multinational to fight the case.
Law suits are no solution.
Is there an "association" (or whatever) that can take up the case for us?
There appear to be many groups fighting for underdogs. Is there one for this livelihood stealing issue?
