re-releasing albums on CD without artist knowledge

20 years ago I was a songwriting /performing member of a band signed to a major label(columbia) with two albums. (1977-79) I have just discovered that both albums have been released on CD (availiable as imports only) on the Sony label.
Any advise on persuing this matter?
