I currently work in Iowa where we have an employee right to work law. I was wondering exactly what the outcome would or could be if I worked for a company that had me sign a no-compete contract and was paying me less than the average wage. Would I be in the LEGAL right to break contract under the right to work law, or could I be busted for breaking the contract.
