I have a person who would like to have an excerpt from a noted author
put on the grave marker. Could this be a problem or could this qualify
as fair use? The person does not have the means for finding the author
(whether copyright notice is present or whether copyright rights are
still valid) in order to ask for permission. Could you please provide
some advice generally regarding such a proposed use of an excerpt from a
quoted sentence? I and my friend would appreciate your help. Please
