Is a chatacter's name from a story copyrighted?
Would it be illegal to name a website/business after
a character's name from a work of fiction? I am
considering a fictional character's name from a popular
fictional work, but the name is very unique, and I want
to be sure that I am not infringing on anyone's rights.
