I am married to a man who I am not in love with anymore. After 4 months, he has left for Florida to live with a friend. I have told him that I want a divorce, but he will not agree to one. He wants to stay married so that he can obtain his Green Card (he is from Iceland). Am I able to get an annulment? Please let me know by emailing me. I would like to resolve this as soon as possible.
