The name of the store is Little Darlings. The store is located in NJ.
A furniture store in NYC called Darling Furniture is suing us for
trademark infringement. They own a service mark on darling for selling
baby furniture. Can these people really make us change the name
of the store? Can they sue us for $$$ ??? What are my remedies.
I went to a lawyer but he seemed lost. He did not want to
tell me much at the consultation. He was a loser.....
Please help !!!
