This isn't my area of specialization, but if the photos are for commercial purposes, i would recommend always trying to get a signed release.

When is photographer required to have a model release( written permission from subject) to publish, sell and /or give away as art prints, and publish those imaged on the World wide web?.
Directly this is a photograph the photographer has captured of a person, place or thing?
Please help if you can. Provide reference sources if possible.
