Yes, it can be legal if it truly is a parody of the original mark (ie a commentary on or reference to the original work) as opposed to merely ripping off the original mark for your own commercial exploitation.
: Is it legal to "spoof" a trademark/logo, by changing the look, or words, of a company logo enough to get the parody across, but not enough to where the logo isn't still recognizable?
