If your trademark registration proceeded their domain name reg, you can get the domain name put on hold. If not, you two will have to duke it out under principles of trademark law....
: I recently trademarked a name to use as a brand name for a product to be sold both nationally and internationally. The same name is being used by a small retail store for their domain name. Do I have any rights to this domain name now that I have trademarked it?
